Mina Protocol (MINA) is a lightweight, privacy-focused blockchain protocol designed to enable scalable and verifiable decentralized applications (dApps) and cryptocurrencies. Mina Protocol was created by a team of computer scientists, entrepreneurs, and engineers, led by Evan Shapiro and Emre Tekişalp. The protocol was developed by O(1) Labs, a San Francisco-based company, and launched in 2021.
Mina Protocol (MINA) is used for building and deploying dApps and cryptocurrencies on its scalable and privacy-preserving blockchain.
