Ellipsis Finance is a decentralized exchange and an authorized fork of Curve Finance on the Binance Smart Chain that offers efficient, well-priced swaps, yield to token holders in a safe, well-tested environment, and a solution for protocols to build deep liquidity for their tokens.
It is an Automated Market Maker (AMM) that allows users and other decentralized protocols to exchange tokens with low fees and low slippage using liquidity pools.
Ellipsis incentivizes liquidity providers (LPs) by rewarding them with EPX tokens and 50% of the trading fees in the pools where the trades occur.
The EPX token has four main uses, including as a reward for LPs, for voting on pool incentives, locking for platform fees, and locking to boost LP rewards.
Users can stake LP tokens to receive EPX rewards from a pool, vote on EPX pool incentives for LPs, receive boosted yields as an LP, receive platform fees, and vote on eligibility of pools to receive incentives.
The total supply of EPX is 132B tokens, which will be used to incentivize LPs on Ellipsis.finance.
