Melos Studio (MELOS)

Melos Studio, launched in 2020 in Taiwan, serves as a decentralised web3 collaboration platform specifically tailored for musicians and music creators. The platform operates on Ethereum, BSC, and FLOW blockchains, establishing a create-to-earn music ecosystem.

Central to Melos Studio are the MusicBlock NFTs, which are designed to evolve and merge with other musical pieces, facilitating a collaborative and dynamic music creation process. The platform's unique forging technique enables the amalgamation of various musical inspirations and genres, leading to the production of distinctive and scarce music pieces. These pieces are characterised by their ever-changing value, content, and format.

The platform is governed by a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO), where community members play a crucial role. They engage in activities such as proposing, voting, seeking collaborations to grow the community, ensuring fair transactions of MusicBlock NFTs, and encouraging the creation and trading of these NFTs.

Melos Studio encompasses several key features, including an AI Music Workshop for creating music NFTs on web3, a Music NFT Marketplace, a Virtual Band feature for artist collaborations, and diverse music auction formats. Another innovative aspect is the DNA Tree, a tool that illustrates the structure of music pieces, enabling fair distribution of value among composers.
