It was officially launched on June 16, 2021, by an international team and is incorporated in the Cayman Islands. BullPerks is designed as a community-centric platform, aiming to democratize access to investment opportunities in early-stage crypto projects. The platform supports various blockchain networks including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Tezos, Solana, Polygon, and Cardano, making it chain-agnostic. BullPerks was co-founded by Eran Elhanani and Constantin Kogan. Eran Elhanani is also the co-founder of GamesPad and founder of Part One Capital, a crypto investment firm. He has a background in Medicine, Computer Science, and Math, and has been an advisor on multiple crypto projects. Constantin Kogan, the other co-founder, is also associated with GamesPad and BitBull Capital. He has founded Adwivo and served as the Managing Director at Wave Financial. Kogan holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and an M.Ed. The BullPerks team comprises over 50 employees with experienced leadership in various domains.
