The POKT token is integral to the Pocket Network ecosystem, serving both node operators and Web3 developers. It is used to stake nodes on the network, enabling them to process blockchain data requests and earn rewards. Additionally, developers use POKT to access the Pocket Portal, facilitating network throughput for application development and offering up to 1 million free data relays per day.
Pocket Network was co-founded by Michael O’Rourke, who also serves as the CEO of Pocket Network, Inc.
