What is Viction (VIC)?

Viction (VIC) is a cryptocurrency that operates on its own blockchain. Previously known as TomoChain, Viction is a layer-1 blockchain which is people-centric and designed to facilitate Web3 usage with enhanced ease and security. It is characterized by zero-gas transactions, emphasizing user experience, speed, security, and scalability. The platform employs a network of 150 masternodes and uses a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, aiming for enhanced scalability and stability. Viction supports EVM-compatible smart contracts, protocols, and atomic cross-chain token transfers. Who created Viction (VIC)?

Viction was created by Long Vuong, who is also a co-founder of the NEM Blockchain Project. The project is headquartered in Singapore. Initially known as TomoChain (Tomo Coin), the project underwent a rebranding to Viction (VIC) in November 2023. This rebranding was part of the project's evolution to better align with its vision and goals in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
